Naughty Sauce

The star of this lineup. The sauce that made us start saucing.
A blend of mango, habanero, and warming spices brings a kick and a little sweet to your plate. Designed specifically with pulled pork in mind, this sauce is a fantastic compliment to any barbeque.

(Not so) Naughty Sauce

All of the love of Naughty Sauce with a milder palate. Instead of habanero, this sauce uses a blend of peppers to get its distinctive taste. A real winner in the medium-spicy arena.

Naugty Bastard Brine

Now there is a bit of need for a spicy, savory, salty sauce with much of the flavor of naughty sauce and most of the kick, but a lot less sweet. That's where this Naughty Bastard comes in. Great for wings, dressings, or blending into other sauces, this brine does the trick and does it quick.

The Mean Green Thing

A green habanero and tomatillo salsa with just the right amount of salt and smoke to enhance any dish. Tart, savory, and spicy, this sauce delivers on its promise.

(Not So) Mean Green

Smoky Jalapeño and tomatillo make up this green wonder. A great compliment to chicken or veg, it is mild and oh so tangy. Give it a try and see if a little mean isn't good to you.

Dirty Rotten Red

A lacto-fermented sauce with some serious attitude. Combination of habanero and Fresno chilis makes for a very specific flavor that doesn't really map to anything else. Give this a shot and you'll be saying "you dirty rotten..." before too long.

Dirty Rotten Brine

Another brine. The same idea and application a the Naughty Bastarrd, but with a rotten streak a mile wide. Get a savory, tangy, spicy, addition to anything on your plate. Some of the people in the consortium have stopped using plain salt altogether and started using this instead.
