Located in Portland, OR, USA: We needed a way to keep warm in all the rain.

Believing that food shouldn't be eaten on a dare, habanero sauces as a solution for the heating dilemma escaped our notice for far too long. Finding a flavor unlike any other we had tried before, we were hooked. That was the beginning of the end.

We worked, looked up recipes, tried several, kept a few. Tweaked and changed them over and again until the overall taste reached a mix we liked. Hot enough to make you stand up and take notice, but with a flavor that makes you return to the fire all too willingly.
